In this role you will be working alongside the project manager to organise the re-structuring and digital transformation of the institute. You will be tasked with sifting through 1.5 million files on their server and working on identifying files to be kept, deleted and archived. You will lead the migration of services on to SharePoint and centralisation of all storage via the cloud due to data retention requirements.
The ideal candidate is someone who has significant skills and experience working with SharePoint through permissions, power automate, data retention, work flows, server files and will have additional experience working with Microsoft Purview. You will need to be a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career and develop their skills with the organisation long-term.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative level Share Point professional to progress their way into a SharePoint Developer position through specialist training and industry practice on leading the migration of their entire digital service provision.
The role:
* Lead the migration of the entire digital services for the organisation
* Delegating files as to whether they need to be kept, deleted or archived
* Provide support, end-user training and detailed documentation on SharePoint and its integration with other services in the Microsoft 365 platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
* Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and ensure the college is getting the most out of the SharePoint platform.
The person:
* Proficient in SharePoint and all of its functions
* Level 3 qualification in IT
* Experience working with Microsoft Purview
* Experience working on Power Automate, data retention, work flows and server files
