Sheet Metal Worker

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal folder / Roll former to work for an established company based in the Leek area.

The company are UK's leading manufacturers of Colour Coated Steel Roofing Sheets, Flashing's and Accessories working within the Industrial, Agricultural and Domestic markets.

The job will involve:

* Operating a guillotine machine to cut Sheet Metal to required widths

*Operating a CNC & folding machine to fold blanks onto drawings provided

* Operating a sheet roll former to produce orders

* Using a Counterbalance FLT to unload, load and store goods in the correct locations.

The shifts are Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00.

Due to the nature of the roll, an external in date Counterbalance licence is desirable however not essential.Sheet metal / production experience is preferred, however full training will be provided for the right candidate. Applicants also need to be able to commute to Leek or live in the surrounding areas.
