Job description

Micheldever Tyre Services is actively looking for an experienced administrator with great attention to detail to join our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate information across all internal and external systems, administering all activity in a timely manner and supporting the delivery of successful outcomes for routine, project and ad-hoc activities. Your work will cover areas including, but not limited to, all matters relating to H&S, environment, quality and property management.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities-

  • Following company policies, procedures and processes
  • Supporting audits (internal/external)
  • Ensuring systems are always up to date and maintained
  • Managing purchase orders, CAPEX forms and invoicing
  • Track expenditure and payments by workstream/project
  • Liaising with external suppliers, agencies and landlords
  • Produce monthly statistics for management reporting
  • Administer training records registration, certification and reporting
  • Provide support and advise to Retail centres
  • Support the Head of SHEQ with ad hoc task as required

About you-

  • Working in an administrative environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Working effectively remotely
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible approach and able to respond to fluctuating demands
  • Organised, able to manage time and meet tight deadlines
  • GSCE or equivalent (Grade C/Level 4 or above) including English and Maths

Understanding of Data Protection and H&S legislation is desirable for the role but not essential if you are someone who can hit the ground running, roll their sleeves up, learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
