To efficiently oversee the production in noodles. Working with the Site Shift Manager to meet the requirements of the production plan whilst monitoring health & safety, quality and food safety standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Proactive towards health and safety and ensure people/yourself work within the safe systems of work. To help improve health and safety and to role model the correct health and safety behaviours and encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe acts.
- Survey process workstations to confirm process settings /standard settings are in control and to countersign integrity sheets and other paperwork that requires checking on a daily basis.
- Daily checks and supporting the Site Shift Manager
- Ensure tool audits have been completed by technicians and report any missing tool to SSM
- Be the point of contact for operators/technicians on shift
- Go to person for engineering issues for all team
- Convey the shift plan to the team and ensure change overs etc. are completed on time
- Complete handover with previous and oncoming shift
- Ensure relevant materials in place and complete requisitions for more as and when required
- Prep numbers and information for Cell Review at 9am
