Shift Maintenance Engineer in Lurgan - Dedicated to lean improvement and innovative new product launch, our multi site organisation operates from a state of the art plant in Co Armagh manufacturing products for construction and utility industries. Investing in process improvement, product R&D and development of their people comes as standard and they are offering a permanent Maintenance Engineer job paying GBP47,000 plus extensive benefits to join their dedicated team.
Your new role
You will work closely with production offering technical support and complete preventative and reactive maintenance. It will take time to learn the workings of the factory and you will be mentored until comfortable before attending breakdowns and completing the PM schedule with your colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
Positive attitude to want to contribute to enhancement of factory and reduce equipment failure and down time as this will have a positive influence for the whole team. You will need to have served an apprenticeship related to maintenance which includes electrician, electrical engineer, mechanical engineering or mechatronics and have proven ability within production maintenance.
