This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a Shift Managerwith British Gypsum Works based at the East Leake site.
As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible production team and to control and ensure that the manufacture of all products is carried out efficiently, to the agreed standard, whilst adhering to all EHS, quality, WCM and process assurance principles

To be suitable for the Shift Managerrole with British Gypsum you need to have:
- A defined history of team leadership and person management.
- Relevant management or supervisory experience of a manufacturing process.
- Ideally, a technical background, used to a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Track record of delivering results in a demanding environment.
- Experience of working in a strong unionised environment.
- Great interpersonal skills, great coach.
- Good IT, communication, and organizational skills.
- SAP knowledge an advantage; training can be provided.
- Lean manufacturing aware.

What are the working hours and shift patterns for this role?
Based upon 24-7 Shift Pattern (4 on 6 off, 2 Days/ 2 Nights, 12 hours)
