An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in our Packing Department at our Edinburgh site. The job holder will be required to:
- Managing, motivate and engage their team
- Prepare documentation & sales packs to meet the requirements of individual sales orders and shelf stock.
- Provide short-term planning of packing operations concerning products and other related packing stock records.

Key responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring:
- Products are packed accordingly on time to meet scheduled shipment dates.
- Quality standards are maintained.
- Stock records are accurate.
- Instructions relating to GMP, compliance, environmental, health & safety, security and other operational matters are followed.
- That all work carried out is compliant with regulatory body standards.
What you need for the role
To succeed in this role you will have;
- Experience in a pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing environment
- Experience in managing others and working as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- an ability to motivate and engage others
- an ability to deliver and work to deadlines
The successful candidate will be required to work a day shift rotation and complete International Air Transport Association (IATA) & Dangerous Goods training. All required training will be provided by the Company.
