We are looking for a Shift Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Shift Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services, across a prominent site in West London.
This role will have a working shift pattern of4 on 4 off, alternating both days and nights.
The Shift Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, will be responsible for:
- Provide a reactive and pro-active maintenance service as per project requirements to all operational equipment as well as provide a multi-skilled maintenance service
- Covering electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Carry out modifications and installations when required.
- Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required and clearly communicate technical issues.
- Ensure that work is carried out to a high standard and in line with current company policies and procedures.
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met.
To be successful for this Shift Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias role you must have:
- Hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance field (or equivalent other qualification recognised by CITB/EITB/JIB)
- 18th Edition Regs.
- You will possess up to date knowledge of technical regulations applicable to core craft and how this applies to the role.
- You will have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and its application within role
- Experience in installing and maintaining mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
