SHIP LMNS Maternity Triage Services Matron

What you will do: This role is an LMNS collaborative role working with 4 Trusts in partnership to deliver the Maternity Triage Services based in the South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS), Southern House, Otterbourne. Whilst the role is hosted by UHS its main purpose is as follows: * Provide midwifery leadership, expertise and coordination of the Maternity Triage Telephone Services (Labour Line and AN Triage) delivered by UHS, HHFT, IOW and PHUT.* Provide assurance to all partners regarding the safety, quality and governance of the Maternity Triage Telephone Services.* Ensuring supported development of the Maternity Triage Telephone Services midwifery staff facilitating continuous learning and governance. What we are looking for:We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with a track record of working in collaboration with others to deliver services. An excellent understanding of the evidence that underpins practice and a desire to drive improvement. The service is based in Otterbourne, but will require travel to partnering Trusts.
