They are seeking an experienced, passionate, and sales-oriented Ship Chartering and Agency Manager to lead and grow the business in line with targets.

Developing and delivering planned marketing activity.Generating new business sales.Managing and delivering operational performance.Work as a team member.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience.Very good shipbroker knowledge.Ships Agency/Stevedoring/Cranes knowledge advantage.Oversee logistics dept/cover colleagues when needed.Good communication skills in writing etc.
Salary & benefits package
£40 to £50K pa, dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success. This is a Full Time Commitment Position.Results based Bonus Structure commensurate with results.Business Career Growth opportunities.Equity Earning opportunities.Two-way flexible working agreement.
