Shoot Producer - The Little White Company

Our Role

Reporting to the Senior Shoot Producer, the Shoot Producer for The Little White Company (LWC) is responsible for the commissioning and delivery of lifestyle and e-commerce image requirements for baby and childrenswear across print, digital and social channels; as well as managing the LWC shoot assistant.

The Shoot Producer will have an excellent eye for detail and will know what works for our discerning LWC customers. Confident, motivated, and comfortable working autonomously, they will be passionate about quality, and bursting with new and innovative ideas.

An experienced negotiator and highly organised, the Shoot Producer will have established relationships with photographic, styling and children’s model agencies, ensuring that we secure best available talent for the brand. The Shoot Producer will work closely on-set with art directors, photographers, videographers and stylists to deliver the imagery required to support The White Company creative vision and strategy for LWC.

What you'll be doing

Main duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work with the Senior Shoot Producer, Head of Creative, Director of Brand Communications, wider print, digital and social media teams to identify the content requirements for LWC, co-ordinating the seasonal business needs across all channels.
• Manage the pre-production, post-production and logistics of LWC shoots both in the UK and overseas. Option and confirm shoot teams, models, locations, studios, and travel - ensuring transparency of cost, and rigid budget control. Create shoot call sheets and detailed shoot schedule.
• Pull together diverse and well considered casting for each season, always seeking to secure the best models available for the brand.
• Identify new talent; art directors, stylists, videographers and photographers in the world of LWC, to ensure that The White Company continue to work with the best in the industry.
• Manage and inspire the LWC shoot assistant to grow in their role and understanding of the business.
• Manage usage rights and negotiate by channel and territory securing lowest possible exposure to cost and risk.
