Shop Admin

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shop Admin. As a Shop Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our shop. This is a full-time position. Duties: - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records - Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying - Manage and organize shop documents and files - Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to create and update spreadsheets, documents, and presentations - Provide clerical support by answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Type and proofread documents as needed - Ensure phone etiquette is maintained when interacting with customers or clients Requirements: - Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office or shop setting - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using Google Suite and other computerized systems - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to type quickly and accurately - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills We offer competitive pay based on experience.
