Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organised shop environment - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale till system - Answer customer enquiries and provide information about our products - Opening up or closing up on certain days -Help with merchandising and displaying products effectively - Assist with any online sales, packing orders ready for shipping when the shop floor is quiet -Help with our online marketing Requirements: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is ideal but not essential - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately There will be opportunities to further grow within the company. We're also in the process of setting up our own charity. So you can also be a part of our event days and social days for the local communities!
