We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a retail environment.
Duties:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
