Business Strategy
- Create, define and execute the overall Shopper Marketing strategy
- Overall ownership of the budget ensuring which retailers to invest in is strategically aligned with the business
- Contribute towards the Annual Business Planning process for the UK ‘Drive’ plan
- Execution through steering of mainly, but not exclusive to, the physical availability pillar of OPEX
Leadership
- Sets targets, leads and motivates employees to deliver excellent performance against those targets
- Maintain effective collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing & Category teams
- Understands Brand strategy and guides its translation into execution
Reporting
- Updates regularly to the European sales team on key KPI’s such as number of displays
- Provides regular feedback to the UK Leadership team on the performance of Skin Moments
