My clients have a superb reputation locally and are looking for a driven Lettings Manager who can both oversee a team and help the business to develop their already successful Short Lets department. The role will suit a customer service driven candidate with the ability to win business and oversee a small team.

Short Lets Manager – Duties

• Generating and touting for new business.
• Looking for ways to increase the managed portfolio of Short Lets.
• Dealing with any issues which arise from tenancies.
• Assisting with viewings.
• Managing portals such as Airbnb, Rightmove and booking.com.
• Liasing with guests during their stay.
• Organising cleaning.
• Managing landlords.

Shorts Lets Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous experience within residential lettings or Short Lets.  
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
• Man management experience.
