Short Term Chef and Butler

A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Chef and a butler near Barnard Castle, Durham, England from 19^th to 21^st of September 2024.

CHEF: They are looking for someone ideally with Michelin or Rosette background. You will be cooking dinner for approximately 10 people each evening.

They would like to have traditional shooting dinner – to a high level.

Your duties will be:

• Menu planning
• Food Shopping
• Cooking
• Clearing your work areas

You daily rate will be £350 - £450 PD (45p per mile or train ticket for travel compensation)

BUTLER: Clien tis looking for someone who can meet and greet the guests, serve on dinner and drinks. Assist with packing and unpacking.

Your daily rate will be £250 PD (45p per mile or train ticket for travel compensation)
