SalaryA lovely client is looking for a temporary chef in Lecce, Italy from 28th of April to the 5th of May.
You will be cooking up to 20 people, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As this is clients holiday home, the plans might change, and some guests might go dine outside etc. You need to have flexibility to understand that plans and guest numbers might drop / change.
There will be two people assisting you in the kitchen for the whole duration.
Client mainly wants buffet style meals that are healthy, nutritious, and fresh including different salads. The client likes light, healthy foods, but not over the top health conscious.
There will be one evening, where will be plated dinner. – You will have help and assistance.
No allergies and no dietary requirements.
Right chef for this role is someone who has private experience, capable to cook for larger groups and can work in Italy.
You will be doing:
- Menu planning
- Food Shopping – Housemanager can assist.
- Preparation with two assistants
- Cooking
- Helping to clear up
Pay: £350 PD – depending on experience
