The requirements of the job are as follows:
- 3 Standard Grades (Level 1-3) or equivalent
- Good administrative experience and procedure working in an office environment.
- Experience of dealing with customers and awareness of good customer care.
- Experience reviewing documentation and working to established and written procedures.
- Experience of working in a busy office and managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Working experience of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of ICT systems, including Oracle and IDOX.
