Job Role:
Showroom Coordinator and Administrator
Job Type:
TEMPORARY - interim period of 3 weeks

Start Date: Monday 11th March
Company:
Our client is an extremely high profile and luxury furniture design company based within the heart of Farringdon. This would be the perfect role for you if you have an excellent client manner and previous experience working within client facing spaces with a high clientale.
Hours:
09.00am - 17:30pm
Salary:
15.00 - 16.00 p/h ( 30,000 - 33,000 p/a)
Location:
A 2 minute walk away from Farringdon Station!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Ensuring excellent service to all clients and customers within the showroom space
  • First point of contact for the showroom for any queries and phone calls
  • Offering tea/coffee and refreshments when welcoming guests
  • Creating quotations
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Inputting invoices and PO numbers into the system
  • Liaising with clients (dealers, architects, designers)
  • Ensuring the stationary is stocked up
  • Ensuring supplies are collected, going to the post office, going to other showrooms to collect fabrics as and when required
  • Any further ad-hoc support which the team will need

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience working within a high clientale facing role
  • Experience working within administration
  • Previous experience raising PO numbers, invoices and using excel for finances, and using Xero
  • A confident individual
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • An adaptable and personable personality
