Our client, a leading specialist supplier of solid hardwood floors and specialist under structure systems into residential & commercial projects are seeking to appoint a showroom project & design consultant to work from their prestigious showroom in central London.
The role:
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years proven sales experience within a related high end construction products in addition to overseeing the installation of projects by main contractors.
As the lead sales consultant you will take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry to the post-sales installation. Greeting potential clients at the showroom, discussing their needs, producing detailed quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.
It is expected that you will proactively search for new sales prospects and develop a customer base and network.
In addition, you will liaise with the clients’ main contractors to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timescales and to the exacting standards required.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years proven sales experience working within a high-end showroom environment selling direct to clients, specification to developers, architects and main contractors.
Be able to demonstrate that they can build rapport and establish credibility with clients and decision makers at all levels
Have experience in dealing with main contractors handling installation projects within a related industry
