Sales / Customer Service
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and charismatic Showroom Sales Associate to join a specialist business within the Cookstown area. If you have an eye for design and thrive on providing a first class customer experience, we are keen to hear from you.
We are looking for a motivated individual who will proactively approach every customer and deliver a true retail customer experience.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
* Develop a deep understanding of the products available in the showroom. Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, and pricing to effectively communicate information to customers.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
* Offer product recommendations and answer any inquiries to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels
* Take responsibility for visual presentation of the show room selling stoves and fireplaces to private customers, interior designers and building contractors.
Requirements:
* Previous Sales experience within a targeted environment is required - minimum 2 years.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
* A dedicated and capable professional who is passionate about selling and providing the best in customer service.

Permanent full time role.
Please note this role will involve working Saturdays until 1pm and Wednesday late night to 8:30pm.
