Sign Fitter’s Mate

Our well-established Signage client is currently seeking a Sign Fitter’s Mate. The company is a highly successful signage company working in sectors such as Hospitality, Travel, Transport, Retail and Leisure. The Trafford Park based company has undergone an impressive amount of growth over the last year and it doesn’t look like they will be slowing down any time soon!
The Role:

- To assist the lead sign fitter
- To ensure that all signage is fitted on time and to a quality standard consistent with the required specifications
- Fitting signage such as totems, shop signage, wayfinding and vinyl/graphics
- Ensuring the vehicle has the adequate stock for each job
- Liaising with clients, site managers and colleagues with regards to installations.

The Candidate:

- Eager and willing to get stuck in with allocated tasks
- Previous experience fitting signage would be advantageous
- Some experience in a similar industry highly advantageous i.e. joinery apprenticeship
- Must have a full driver’s license (Essential)
- Have any of CSCS, IPAF or PASMA certifications (Highly desirable but not essential)
- Experienced in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Is flexible with a positive attitude towards work
- Polite and helpful
- Works well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Remain professional at all times.

This job role is full time working 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday. Whilst working away may be a requirement, they try to keep it to a minimum where possible.
Salary:
Negotiable DOE
£22,000 - £28,000
