Job description

Gwynedd and Mon CAMHS are expanding their Single Point of Access team. This post is for a Senior Practitioner to lead and manage the SPOA team. For this post we expect candidates to have significant post qualifying experience in the field of mental health, demonstrable leadership and management skills and a clear commitment to service improvement. You will work closely with key stakeholders in order to ensure that CAMH’Services are coordinated, responsive and accessible.
To provide a high quality and evidence based health services and be responsible for the effective team development and management required to achieve this.
CAMHS is in a period of structured transformation and improvement, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards enhancing the service model which will ensure children, young people and their families will have access to appropriate service provision according to their needs. The CAMHS service is committed to implementing the vision set out in : No Wrong Door: bringing services together to meet children’s needs - Children’s Commissioner for Wales (childcomwales.org.uk) and NEST framework (mental health and wellbeing): introduction | GOV.WALES .
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
