Site Administrator

Position: SiteAdministrator

Location: Central Square, Cardiff

Responsibilities

My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and they are looking for a Site Administrator to join the team and assist with all internal aspects. As an Administrator, you’ll be working within the construction environment, in a client’s office, in a fast-paced fitout project.

Your day to day will include:

• Liaising with supply chains and residents when required
• Develop effective working relationships with client and contractors’ representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach.
• Input job status/notes on the system (concept/ site systems)
• Send chasing emails to contractors on a daily/weekly basis for any pending paperwork/certification/photo evidence or information which you haven’t yet received.
• Ensuring fire alarm testing and other testing certs are filed
• Creating Purchase order requests for consumables
• Delivery scheduling

What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if you:

• Previous experience in administration
• Excel to a high level of competence
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Teams
• Comfortable client facing
