SalaryH9 Technical are currently working with a global EPC who require a Site Administrator to work on an EFW facility.
As the Site Assistant based on site, the core duties will be to:
- Act as office administrator for the site including office supplies, filing, organisation of travel, recording and storing of documentation
- Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager
- Act as project assistant for the site team (arrange travel, create documents)
- Welcome visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
- Develop and co-ordinates business review reports in conjunction with Site Manager
- Keep track of leave requests and absences
- Create and adapts documents and templates
- Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager
- Keep the Site Manager informed of all site related activities.
- Is aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications
- Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration
- Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
- Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications

- Solution orientated
- Good forward planner
- Ability to present ideas effectively
- Good command of English, other languages an advantage
- The role generally receives no instruction on work and acts independently to determine methods and ability to work with limited supervision
