The opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Site administrator has become available with the chance of working alongside a well-established engineering consultancy, specialising in the development of key projects across the UK.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
- Site Timewriting from timesheets into Mpower system ensuring all data is accurate and in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Site Buying from requisition to SAP system.
- Book training for all staff and maintain employee training records.
- As a Site Administrator, you will manage, update and maintain training requirements matrix and records showing certificate/training expiry dates.
- Maintain electronic supporting forms and registers.
- General administration, maintain filing systems and control of general data.
- Control and update absence chart ensuring transparency of approved holidays and absences for staff.
- Ensure notice boards are up-to-date.
- Support the operations team with administration tasks.
It s great if you have the following
- Relevant experience.
- SAP Experience.
