Job Description
Apex currently require a Site Administrator for a large construction project based in Blyth, Northumberland.
Will be required to work along side site managers with key weekly paid and agency labour processes - E.G. Timesheet collection, collecting over time requests etc.
Use the chosen accounting system for processing project transactions, running reports weekly with management orders. Review and attend meetings with project managers and Quantity Surveyors when required and highlight when intervention needs to happen on site and lack of compliance by site personnel that would risk financial accuracy of the project.
Must have expierance working in the construction industry or similar. Must be good at bulilding relationships. Working knowledge of MS Office and general competence with systems.
- Start date: Immediate- Monday 08/01/2024
- Pay: £14.36ph PAYE
- Working 7am-5pm Monday to Friday
- This is a full time temp-to-perm position
- Due to location own transport would be beneficial
