Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Site Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team operates in a safe, profitable, and planned manner to achieve program goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the self-delivery team to deliver projects from start to finish while conducting safety and quality audits.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal teams and clients.
- Promoting and protecting the company's Infrastructure reputation in alignment with Company policies and values.
- Leading by example to foster a collaborative culture throughout the site team, including suppliers and customers.
- Establishing a safety-first culture onsite.
You will collaborate with a team of highly motivated and dedicated professionals working on projects across various frameworks, serving clients such as National Highways and various local authorities.

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on safety, standards, and quality.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Safety-first mindset, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks, especially in the roads and highways environment.
- Tech-savvy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Problem solver with the ability to question designs and produce/explain accurate plans and drawings.
Your wealth of experience and qualifications will include:
- Background in Civil, Structural, or Construction Management on National Highways infrastructure.
- Good understanding of multi-disciplined projects, including groundworks, surfacing, and Section 278 works.
- Ideally worked for a tier 1 contracting group or sub-contractor.
- HNC or Degree in engineering or Construction Management.
- SMSTS Ticket.
