Job Title: Site Compliance Lead
Location: UK - Maritime Sites - Dorset and local area with adaptive working arrangements

Be part of the QinetiQ journey. We are recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity to join us as the Site Compliance Lead covering our Maritime sites in the South of England. This role will cover a number of sites in the local area with travel required and hybrid working opportunities.
About the role
As the Site Compliance Lead you will co-ordinate and drive the robust and effective delivery of 1st Line Assurance and compliance to corporate operating framework policies and procedures using our extant governance toolset.

  • You will ensure the sites are meeting their compliance standards and we offer further training if required.
  • You will provide site based leadership, ensuring continued accreditation to ISO standards, including wherever applicable 9001, 14001, 17025, 45001 and 50001 standards. This role is responsible for building and maintain a strong working relationship with second and third Line Assurers.


Skills and experience of the Site Compliance Lead

  • Proven track record in similar role.
  • Experience in an operations, technical or engineering subject.
  • Have demonstrable knowledge of compliance standards, processes and tools.
  • Experience in conducting internal compliance activities
  • Experience in managing safety processes
  • Have a wide understanding of Compliance and Assurance.
  • Knowledge with an understanding of relevant standards and processes (e.g. ISO standards 9001, 14001, 17025, 45001 and 50001).- Desired
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Systems- Desired


Qualifications for the Site Compliance Lead

  • Desirable - NEBOSH qualification
  • Desirable - Qualified Lead Risk Assessor
  • Current driving licence
