Site Coordinator

Site Coordinator - Chippenham At Meridian we are passionate about matching exceptional talent with career opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated Site Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the on-site service from recruitment and shift allocation to completing payroll whilst maintaining/retaining a quality workforce. You will also be responsible for ensuring site compliance and all the component parts of our service level agreement, ensuring client requirements are always fulfilled.The ideal candidate will be driven by working proactively, working well under pressure and is open to taking on, and developing, new ideas and concepts. The role will involve a certain amount of flexibility in providing an outstanding service to the end client. You will also enjoy communicating with a variety of people, on different management levels, and relish the opportunity to make proactive decisions as well as problem solve.Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new key stakeholders to ensure a first-class service is delivered.
• Proactively sourcing candidates in the marketplace
• Accountable for high levels of fulfilment on recruitment campaigns
• Achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Developing and enhancing the business brand in our local market

You will need to be confident in your ability with -

• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• Results-orientated mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
• Strong influence, persuasion, and networking abilities
• Self-motivation and ambition
