| LOCATION Derrylin, Co Fermanagh | Competitive SalaryWe are recruiting a Site Director for our highly successful manufacturing site in Derrylin, Co Fermanagh.You will oversee all daily operations of the Glass Plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed, developing processes that will maximise stewardship: safety, quality and productivity. Your time will be divided between developing the workforce through effective empowerment of your management team and improving plant efficiency and quality through numerous projects focusing on increasing production efficiencies and increasing site performance. You will be responsible for overseeing production management to improve performance and manage projected future growth plans. The Site Director will also be supporting the Senior Leadership Team and will contribute towards the development strategy for the business and plant. You will be able to demonstrate the energy and ideas to implement change and drive the business forward.
