Job Duties:- Develop and implement site-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- Advise and educate site personnel on EHS best practises and ensure understanding of safety protocols
- Investigate incidents and accidents, analyse root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with project teams to assess EHS risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programmes and initiatives
- Prepare and deliver EHS training programmes to promote a culture of safety
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities
- Participate in regular meetings and provide EHS updates to management
- Proven experience as an EHS Advisor or similar role
- Relevant certifications in EHS management
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Site EHS Advisor will primarily work on-site in various locations, including construction sites, oil and gas facilities, and engineering projects. The role may involve exposure to hazardous substances, noise, and outdoor weather conditions.
