You will be joining a leading Tier 1 contractor based in Derby working on a major water framework in the Midlands area. This company has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and personal development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Engineer to work on wastewater schemes in the Nottingham area.
Your new role
As Site Engineer you will be responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with CDM regulations, checking work is in line with specifications and drawings, liaising with the design team, ensuring quality records are maintained as well as setting out the works.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have previous experience in a similar role within the water and/or utilities sectors and hold a BTEC or HNC in Civil Engineering/Construction. In addition, you will also have levelling and surveying experience (using total stations) as well as a CSCS card. Finally, holding a SSSTS, EUSR SHEA Water or First Aid at Work qualification is desirable.
