Joining our team means you will:
- Assist in site setting and learning to use advanced equipment under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Help manage materials procurement and logistics, gaining insights into project planning and execution.
- Support the oversight of construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to facilitate project success.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate project documentation, including records and diaries.
- Learn to monitor and report on project progress to develop problem-solving skills.
- Understand the management of project resources, including workforce, plant, and materials.
- Engage with our Health and Safety culture, understanding its critical importance in our operations.
We Are Looking For:
- An individual currently pursuing or recently completing an HNC, HND, or Degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- A keen interest in the construction industry with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
- A valid UK driving licence is desirable.
