SalaryI have been asked to find a Site Engineer from a reinforced concrete/groundworks contracting background to work on a project near Stockton-On-Tees.
My client is a successful and long-established RC frame specialist and they have secured a 25 m+ package on a new build industrial project.
This section of the project is due to run from between 9-12 months and I am keen to find candidates looking to work on a freelance basis- outside IR35. The rate available is between (Apply online only) per shift and could potentially be more for candidates with exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate will be working with an RC/groundworks/civils specialist currently and will have at least 5-10 years relevant experience. Your role will be mainly 'out in the field'- the Project Manager will look after the paperwork etc. and you will only occasionally attend site meetings etc.
You will need to be a proficient Site Engineer, technically knowledgable and be able to work quickly and accurately on site.
Although from an RC contracting background I am not looking for someone experienced in standard commercial/residential structures purely- Experience of heavy Civil Engineering reinforced concrete is essential (nuclear, infrastructure, industrial)
