Salary: £85,000 – £90,000 + Car Allowance

As a key player in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team at our client’s state-of-the-art facility in South Lincolnshire.
Position Overview:
I am looking for an accomplished Site Engineering Manager to proactively plan, control, and coordinate the engineering operations at the South Lincolnshire facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently met.
As the site Engineering Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Director but will be given full autonomy of the Engineering function within the site. You will have key relationships across multiple sites from sites Head of Operations, SLT, Projects, and H&S.
You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing KPI’s that cover expenditure, H&S, and quality across the engineering function and require and strong understanding of lean manufacturing processes by driving 5S, GMP, and RCA to improve the OEE. Someone who can not only demonstrate but how they will deliver these processes.
To be considered for the role, you will need to be a graduate or graduate calibre, experienced in a similar role within the food/manufacturing environment, a “can do attitude” with a vision to make a mark and move the engineering team forwards, and a track record of leadership, planning, CI methodologies, and delivering results against targets,
