West Yorkshire-based working as a Site Foreman with the occasional sites further afield.

• Basic salary circa £37,000 per annum

Company Details

• Specialist commercial and industrial refurb contractor

• Work on projects from £50k to £1 million

• Typical work includes offices, warehouse, and industrial refurbishments

• Lots of work in West Yorkshire with additional projects in Sheffield and Derby

Are you?

• An experienced Site Foreman with a joinery background

• Looking for a permanent position in West Yorkshire

• Happy to travel to sites within an hour or occasionally work away (rare)

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid trained

The Role

The Site Foreman will

• Oversee the day-to-day running of refurbishment projects

• Manage sub-contractors and direct labour

• Oversee quality control of the refurb project

• Work with the client regarding progress and update directors/contracts manager

• Carry out joinery work as and when required subject to the size of the project

• Ensure Health & Safety is always followed
