Site Manager - FMCG Food Manufacturing

Our client is a major food manufacturer who require a dynamic and focused Manager to be a part of a growing business with huge investment. This is a newly created position!

The Role:

Reporting to Operations Director the Site Manager will be responsible for:-

• Full site ownership – Audits, Health & Safety, external visitors
• Production and Production Planning
• People and performance management of your direct reports
• Engineering
• Process Development, Technical and Hygiene
• Dispatch and Stores
• Cost control
• Directing and co-ordinating activities
• Capex budget
• The Site manager will also maintain a focus on Health and Safety

You:

• Factory based food manufacturing experience ideally in fresh produce or food
• Currently operating as a production manager, site manager or operations manager looking to make the exciting career step into a Site Manager position
• Have the potential to drive the sites success
• Have a background from production
• Experience of BRC (British Retail Consortium) Audits
