Site Installation Fitter (Electrical or Mechanical)

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for multiple Site Fitters (Mechanical or Electrical) to join a growing business in the Preston area.

You will be working across multiple sites UK wide assisting with the installation, repairs, and servicing of various equipment including hardware and components.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service and maintain a range of equipment that can be either mechanical or electrically operated.
• Provide innovative to problem solving.
• Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
• Able to read manufacturing or electrical drawings
  

Qualification/experience:

• As much of the work is in the nuclear industry it requires the engineers to undergo SC clearance.
• A clean driving licence
• CSCS or SSSTS card
• Hold any accreditations e.g. PASMA, IPAF, Forklift etc.
• Happy to work away from home for a large percentage
• Electrical bias candidates must be qualified with 18th Edition
