Site Maintenance Manager

We are looking to appoint a Site Maintenance Manager to join our school. This role will involve undertaking the general maintenance and development of the school premises and buildings. It will also include working with the school business manager in ensuring the effective monitoring, measuring and reporting of all Health and Safety procedures.

We are looking for someone who:

• Will be responsible for the operation of a planned maintenance programme and routine inspections of the buildings and grounds.
• Will organise and carry out various maintenance duties to ensure that the general upkeep of the the school premises is to a good standard.
• Will liaise with external contractors.
• Will undertake regular security checks and provide emergency access to the school.
• Will promote and ensure the health and safety of pupils, staff and visitors in accordance with the school's Health and Safety Policy.
