We have a requirement for a Site Manager for the next 6 months on a freelance basis, the role pays between £290-320 per day and you will have the opportunity to opt into weekend work if you wish.
The project is a £30m industrial scheme consisting of 3 commercial units, two of which have the steel structure up and the third is coming out of the ground.
What my client is looking for is the ability to work with steel frame warehouses coming out of the ground and then moving into the commercial fit out.
The scope of works will keep you busy for the next 6 months and if you impress then further work will be offered due to the large order book in 2024.
