Job Description:
- Oversee and manage refurbishment and new build projects in the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of refurbishment and new build projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
