Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Construction Site Manager role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site, including site management, cost control, budgeting, and planning. The Construction Site Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Site Management and Construction Site Management skills
- Experience in planning, cost control, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is essential
- A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate is required
