SalaryTime 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a temporary Site Manager for 3 weeks holiday cover in Devon working for a multi services Contractor who deliver civils, commercial projects, groundworks, drainage, demolition, Construction and Building Services projects.
This role will start Monday 5th August until Friday 23rd August for 3 weeks in total.
As Site Manageryou will oversee all works and labour on site including all sub- contractors.
The first week will be a handover with the resident Site Manager.
Key responsibilities:
As Site Manage you will be responsible for, although not limited to:
- Report to the project manager daily
- Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.
- Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands.
- Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
- Supervising all workers on site.
- Liaising with main contractors
Skills and Experience:
- Completed and passed SMSTS
- Previous Site Management experience on a groundworks package is preferred.
- Excellent Health and Safety knowledge.
- Holds valid CSCS card
- Valid First Aid certificate
- To have a friendly and approachable attitude to work.
- To be flexible and adaptable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a pro-active worker.
Benefits:
- £240 to £250 day rate (depending on experience)
