Form of workOur Fitout and Refurbishment client is looking to appoint a Site Manager to run a £22M major refurbishment project over 6 floors in the central Birmingham area.
The project will incorporate the stripout and refurbishment on all levels including windows and external facade works and incorporating the upgrade and installation of plant equipment throughout the building.
Internal fitout will include retail outlets, office spaces and presentation area's and will be delivered to a high standard.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a long career history in the delivery of multi-story high specification projects of a similar nature with a track record of co-ordinating a large number of sub-contractors.
