Role Overview:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a commercial cladding project on an occupied site. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure highquality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working on commercial sites, particularly those that are occupied.
• Extensive experience in external cladding projects.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• HND (Higher National Diploma) in a relevant subject.
• Based in Scotland.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in managing largescale commercial cladding projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
