Position Overview: You are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking to oversee ambitious residential construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our developments, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, preferably with a PLC house builder.
- Strong understanding of traditional construction methods and processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
