Job Title: Site ManagerSalary: Circa £50,000 + Package
Project: Highways/ Roads/ Civils (Value circa £2m)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Manager to oversee a 2-year project in Manchester. The successful candidate will then manage various construction projects within our expanding portfolio. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including quality control measures and environmental regulations.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns and ensure smooth project execution.
* Prepare progress reports, financial forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the civil engineering or construction industry.
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Sound knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
