Site Manager - School Refurbishment

Our client is a well-respected medium sized Main Contractor that operate within the Education and healthcare sectors specialising in delivering newbuild, extension and refurb projects.

Our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a large number of School Refurbishments within the borough of Lambeth, South East London.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full management of a number of sites. Being the first point of contact for the visiting contracts manager and the client. The scope of works will include small to large  works being carried out from internal to external works.

Key responsibilities

• Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery
• Progress reporting to the visiting contracts manager
• Liaising and updating the client
• All aspects of Health and safety
• Weekly site meetings
• Inductions
   

You Must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and a valid ENHANCED DBS
